Our history
JSC Consulting was founded in 2022 by Jocelyn Schuffenecker. With more than 20 years of experience in portfolio management, risk management, compliance and virtual asset management, he decided to create JSC Consulting in order to respond precisely to the needs of European finance players. MICA
The MICA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulation is a European text which aims to regulate crypto-assets which are not covered by existing rules on financial services. It applies to the issuance, public offering, admission, trading and provision of services related to crypto-assets, such as tokens, stablecoins or virtual currencies.
It introduces requirements for transparency, investor protection, prevention of market abuse and financial stability for players in the crypto-asset sector.
